Fully automatic CNC hoop bending machine is a professional equipment for high-precision steel bar hoop forming, which integrates steel bar straightening, cutting, hoop bending and forming into one process. It can process Φ5-Φ16mm HRB335/HRB400 grade steel bars, supporting the forming of various hoop shapes such as rectangle, square, triangle and irregular polygon. Equipped with a high-performance CNC control system, it can store 1000+ sets of processing programs, realize one-key call of parameters and automatic generation of processing paths by importing CAD drawings. The equipment has a processing speed of up to 120 pieces per minute, a cutting length error of ≤±1mm and a bending angle precision of ≤±0.3°, which is 3-5 times more efficient than traditional manual hoop bending.
