Equipped with a CNC system and dual servo drive mechanisms, the equipment can automatically complete the entire process of main bar feeding, stirrup winding, weld point positioning, and cutting and forming, eliminating the need for tedious manual binding. Parameters such as rebar cage diameter, length, and stirrup spacing are digitally adjustable, with errors controlled to the millimeter level, ensuring component consistency.

Compared to traditional manual methods, processing efficiency is increased by 3-5 times, significantly reducing rebar waste and labor costs. It can also process main bars of Φ12-40mm and stirrups of Φ6-12mm, and supports customized round and irregular-shaped rebar cages. The machine body uses a high-strength steel structure, is equipped with a safety guard and a visual operating interface, and operates stably and conveniently. It is a key piece of equipment for achieving large-scale and precise rebar cage processing in modern infrastructure projects.
