The equipment adopts a horizontal layout with an inclined bending mechanism, coupled with a CNC system and servo drive. It can precisely set the bending angle (0-180°), inclined angle, and rebar spacing, with a processing error ≤ ±0.5°, ensuring the formed rebar conforms to engineering design requirements.

It supports the processing of Φ12-40mm threaded steel and round steel, and can complete the planar/inclined bending of single or multiple rebars in one operation without secondary adjustments. The machine body is made of high-strength steel and equipped with automatic positioning and anti-deviation devices, ensuring stable operation and ease of use. It significantly improves the efficiency and standardization of complex rebar processing, making it a core piece of equipment for forming irregularly shaped rebars in infrastructure projects.

6. The two bending heads can move and be positioned precisely along a track.

7. The bending shaft and bending die are made of high-quality alloy materials and heat-treated for high wear resistance and long service life.
