The equipment is equipped with a CNC system and a dual servo drive mechanism, allowing for precise setting of bending angles (0-180°), bending radii, and rebar spacing, with a processing error of ≤±0.3°, ensuring uniform rebar dimensions. It supports processing Φ6-40mm round and threaded steel bars, and can complete the bending of single or multiple rebars into complex shapes such as arcs, folds, and irregular shapes in one operation, eliminating the need for repeated manual adjustments.

Compared to traditional manual bending, efficiency is increased by 5-8 times, significantly reducing labor costs and material waste. The machine body uses a high-strength steel structure and is equipped with automatic positioning, anti-deviation, and safety protection devices. The user interface is visual, and continuous operation can be started with a single button, making it a key piece of equipment for achieving standardized and large-scale rebar processing.
