It is suitable for processing Φ16-40mm threaded steel bars. This product's raw material storage rack features large-tonnage storage and can be used in conjunction with an automatic bar feeder, allowing for the next batching step to be performed before the previous cycle is finished, thus saving cycle time. The fully automatic feeding roller conveyor avoids secondary handling of raw materials. The conveying, turning, and transfer of reinforcing bars are all automated, significantly improving efficiency. The reinforcing bar conveying rollers use V-shaped wear-resistant rollers, achieving characteristics such as wear resistance, noise reduction, and long service life. The main head for diameter reduction and thread rolling achieves automatic clamping, feeding, diameter reduction, and thread rolling functions.
