These equipment only need to input preset parameters to automatically complete all processes such as straightening, sizing, bending, cutting, and threading of the steel bars, achieving the goal of "automated replacement of human labor and reduction of personnel" through "machine automation".
BIM technology and information management: The factory actively applies BIM technology to conduct three-dimensional modeling of complex steel bar components, conducting collision detection and process optimization in advance. The generated processing data is directly connected to CNC equipment, ensuring the accuracy of product dimensions to the millimeter level.
